Please avoid buying BWT water cooler the worst and not reliable at all. Bought it 1year ago and is not cooling anymore, unfortunately not repairable either. Machine is only having 1year warranty, they obviously know lifespan of it would be 1 year and customer has to buy again the machine. The CS team is not the best, always promising to call back and is not happening, unless you chase them and when mentioning this to them "the only thing we can apologies for this " is the common sentence used , but never rectifying this. I will not even go on the "bottle delivery" side, you will never know if the delivery is taking place, ended up so many times going to the shop to buy water bottles, just because they are missing their deliveries slots. Had too much complaining calls and emails, and this never has been sorted on the favor of the customer.There are so many competitive suppliers on the market, just don't buy their stuff if you want to have a cool life.
