Paul the engineer was on time, friendly and efficient .He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem with the water softener was diagnosed and resolved efficiently. I also found dealing with Matthew at BWT head office very pleasant and again efficient.

Excellent service

Had a fault with my BWT water softener after almost 2 years. Rang the company and they arranged an engineer visit. Got a call yesterday to tell me the time to expect the visit and today Dan Usher arrived to fix my problem. BWT engineer Jay

Jay came on time, and was utterly professional while being friendly and informative. He found a dodgy seal which he replaced under warranty (the machine is brand new) so I am expecting overflooding of the softener to be a thing of the past.
