I was a bit annoyed that I had to buy a new filter holder as there was a slight difference in the previously purchased newer filter’s thread. I had to wait over two months until it arrived due to unspecified delays. I was however kept informed of when delivery was due and although it came early, I was at home to receive and could see there was an option to change delivery date. Filter holder works and everything on my hot tap system working well with new filter and holder installed.
