The same happened to me. Made an order on 30/12/25, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking and gave been trying to contact them for days. No reply to my emails and the phone number is automated, bot says "I think you have the wrong number" this is definitely a scam
Bought a jacket online ,it looked nothing like the website picture,was poorly made and of poor quality materials even the colour was wrong.Repeatedly emailed ByAssuli but yep No Reply,i even tried calling ,call failed over and over again. €120 lossIf anyone is thinking of buying from them, do yourself a favour and ring the number in their shop contact first ...its a dud
Ordered a jumper for Christmas. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong size and very poor quality. It didn’t look anything like the website photo. It looked like a cheap copy made on someone’s knitting machine !!Have sent several emails asking for a refund, but no response !! Definitely wouldn’t buy anything from them again !! Breach of trade descriptions !!
This so called company needs to be investigated for false advertising, zero trading standards and non existant customer service. One of their email addresses does not exist, the others are obviously not monitored because they do not reply despite stating that they will within 24 hours. Bought an item for Xmas which arrived after 3 weeks, nothing like what was advertised , size XL turned out to be XS disgraceful quality and unwearable. Numerous emails sent, no replies. 30 day returns long expired and no refund forthcoming. This " company " should be prosecuted
Still haven't answered my emails. Still haven't received my goods. If you google their address, it looks like a residential house. I think they are just a bunch of low life scammers.Do not waste your time and money with this so called company.
