The initial free trial comes with a good amount of credits, but once you subscribe, those credits vanish quickly, resulting in substantial charges while trying to cancel further computations—good luck with that.
Cancellation Nightmare: My account continued to be charged even after I canceled. Their terms state that if you suspect incorrect billing, you must contact support within sixty days after the billing statement. However, when I tried to reach out, I was met with a message saying only paying customers can receive direct assistance. What a frustrating situation—my card is charged, and I have no way to stop it.
I was initially approached by the company on LinkedIn, encouraging me to try the service in 2021. What followed was a classic bait-and-switch. They transitioned from a fixed-price plan to a surprise credit-based system mid-subscription without any notice. Suddenly, actions started consuming invisible credits, leading to unexpected charges with no guidance on managing usage. When I raised concerns, the only response was to purchase more credits. Even access to my account could be limited if I used a virtual card to avoid surprise charges. The support team was mainly focused on sales rather than addressing real issues. If you're developing a serious product or machine learning pipeline, think twice before engaging with their platform, especially if you're a student or early-stage developer. Their initial open-source messaging is misleading; once you're locked in, even basic features cost credits. Now, I have to explain this situation to our product owner and migrate our data if we can access it again. They are now insisting we buy more credits just to regain access, despite promoting certain features as standard and free.
They attract users with promises of features like datasets, only to reveal that the free plan is too restrictive for your intended use. The more significant issue, however, is the lack of any option to delete my account. There is essentially no account management available.
