On the website saying delivery time is between 2 working to 5 working days, but I was waiting more than two weeks.
Once I received it was not my size even though I selected my size. Yes I am 10 in size and it does says 10 in size but it was too tide for me. However as now is the pain to come I asked for refund and I was not happy with the email I received look what they said on the email:: Please note that returns and exchanges can be quite costly. Therefore, we would like to offer you a better alternative. However, before proceeding, could you please provide us with clear pictures of the product you received, including the size label? This will help us verify the item and check if there has been any issue, as according to our system, the correct product and size were delivered as per your order.
So I did respond to them saying that I do have right to refund as long as the item is not worn or has sth on it.
So I will advise to read reviews before you from them
