I have to say that my experience with Benson has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order three months ago for a product worth €200, and to this day I have never received it. Every single week I am told, “it’s on its way, you will get it soon” — but nothing ever arrives.What makes things even worse is that I keep receiving promotional emails from the company saying, “our product is back in stock, buy it now at an even cheaper price.” How can you push me to buy again when you haven’t even delivered the order I already paid for?This is absolutely unacceptable. €200 is not a small amount, and the lack of professionalism and honesty has shown that Bellson is not a trustworthy company. I strongly advise others not to rely on them.
