I am truly delighted with my new set of gardening tools. The quality is evident right away. They feature an excellent design and are built to endure for many years. This is a wonderful investment that has entirely changed my gardening experience.
It has been five months, and I have yet to receive the hose, which was the primary reason for my large order. My emails to the support team have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, they continue to run promotions and advertise the product to me at significantly lower prices without fulfilling existing orders. Disappointing.
The packaging was excellent, delivery was prompt, and the products matched the description perfectly with impressive quality (durable wood for the gardening tools and soft cotton for the holiday pullover). The charming personalized thank you note (translated into Greek!) was a nice touch. Overall, I am very happy!
Although there was a significant delay in receiving the spray gun (it was out of stock) to pair with the garden hose (which arrived promptly in August), I was pleasantly surprised when the spray gun finally arrived! Additionally, I was offered a 15% refund for the delay. Excellent service. The products are of top quality and feature beautiful designs.

Caution to Buyers – I ordered a garden set with matching items, but the delivery has been incomplete for months. Despite repeated assurances from the company that the missing parts would arrive soon, nothing has been fulfilled. Each time I reached out, I received vague promises and shifting delivery timelines without any real resolution. Even after filing a formal complaint, the company did not address the issue and insisted I withdraw my complaint before they would send the missing items. This behavior is coercive and unacceptable. Buyers should be aware: the company does not deliver as promised, ignores formal complaints, and avoids taking responsibility for incomplete orders. Both design and service should be prioritized – unfortunately, neither is evident here.
This has been my worst experience with customer service ever! I regularly shop online, but the lack of response I have received from the company is unmatched. I contacted them 39 days ago regarding an urgent issue with my order and have yet to receive any assistance. I've reached out multiple times since then, but to no avail. They mentioned in a response that they are 'a bit behind.' While I understand delays can happen, waiting 39 days for urgent assistance from a company that claims to respond within 24 hours is absurd. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've encountered—avoid this company!
