Ordered a top from this company which when it arrived was nothing like the images. The return process is awful. They ask you to contact their support team to initiate the return request. After a back and forth dialogue via email with them asking questions why I wanted to return it and requesting a photo of the top - all of which delaying the process, by the time I sent and paid for record delivery (back to China) I heard nothing. I emailed them again asking about my refund to be told it had exceeded the 30 days. I will be taking this further. Please be warned NOT to order from this company
