Frustrating Return Experience

I returned the coat I bought because it was too small, sending it to the address provided on their website. I've emailed multiple times regarding my refund, but they keep insisting it hasn't arrived, despite the tracking information showing it was stuck in customs in China. I spent £80 on the coat and an additional £35 for return shipping. After 7 months, the coat was sent back to me, and the seller is refusing to issue a refund. I've lost both the coat's price and the shipping cost. I strongly advise against using this company due to their poor service and subpar clothing.

One star is overly generous.

One star is overly generous. I placed an order, received the item, but it was the wrong size and of poor quality, so I returned it. They've been dragging their feet for three months and still won't commit to a refund after the return! Any responses from the company seem automated and lack genuine concern; they don't follow through on their promises. If you've returned an item and haven't received a refund, contact your bank for a chargeback.

Stay away from this seller.

Avoid this seller at all costs. The items are poorly made and of low quality. Returning anything is a nightmare. After three months and countless emails, I finally got a refund, but only after involving my credit card provider.

Scammed at 82 years old.

At 82 years old, I've been scammed by this company. I returned an item within a day at my own expense months ago. The item was not as advertised, poor quality, and nearly child-sized. Despite numerous promises, they have failed to refund my money. Be cautious; it seems they mock customer complaints. I hope karma catches up with them.

Deceivers with automated responses. I contacted my bank, and they refunded my money, which others should do as well. I lost on postage, but at least these scammers no longer have my money.

Do not purchase from them.

They sent the wrong size jumper and offered a discount if I kept it. I refused and returned it, but their tracking shows it's been stuck in customs in China for four months, with no response from the company. I feel cheated.

If only I could give zero stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is terrible. I spent around £130 on items that were nothing like the pictures, with incorrect sizing and poor quality. After months of back and forth, they finally agreed to a refund. I sent the items back in April, paying an extra £33 for postage, only for them to sit in customs for months. Seven months later, no refund and I'm out £160! Avoid this fraudulent company!

Difficult Returns Process.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I received a hoodie that wasn't the expected color and contacted customer service with photos. While they responded quickly, the solution was inadequate. They offered a £3 refund on a £30 hoodie or I could send it back at my expense, including possible taxes. I won't buy from this company again.

SCAMMERS - BE CAREFUL. Stay far away from these people; the clothing is the wrong size, and they complicate the return process, then refuse to accept returned items once they arrive.

Regret not checking reviews first.

I regret not checking reviews first! I ordered shoes for my daughter that arrived weeks late. They looked nothing like the website's pictures, were poorly made, and too large. It's incredibly hard to return anything; I've been waiting a week for return instructions and will have to pay for postage despite receiving the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER.
