I’ve had this software for a year. Everytime they do an “update” there’s a problem usually downloading from YouTube, I get a reconnecting error and the download gets stuck. In past when I contacted them they were good about responding with a fix. This time I’ve sent them several emails and have yet to have heard back. When it works it great but something has changed with this company. Would not recommend!
