This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's been 31 days and counting, and my purchase has not shipped. I was told it would ship by December 9, along with a long excuse about being busy. When I reached out on December 11 for a tracking number, I received a dry email saying it hasn't shipped yet, and I would get a tracking number when it does. I ordered this on November 10. A full refund would be the least they could do, but based on these reviews, this service consistently disappoints.
