I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my brother, and the entire process was seamless. The shipping was quicker than anticipated, and they arrived in excellent condition. He has already worn them several times, and they fit him perfectly. They work well for both casual events and slightly more formal occasions. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase and a hassle-free gift choice.
I strongly advise against ordering from this service. The customer support is severely lacking. I made a purchase on November 12, and now it's December 31, yet I still haven't received my order. Furthermore, it's not clearly stated that international customers will incur custom or duty fees. I've ordered from various international sellers before, and I've never had to pay extra fees after my initial purchase; those were generally included. Once again, I do not recommend ordering from this service.

This brand is a total scam. It took nearly two months to ship my order. For a long-sleeve item priced at $90, I expected the material to be much thicker. The fabric is thinner than others I've encountered. I regret purchasing from them, and when I reached out, they only offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase over $100. What a joke! They also delete negative comments on their social media and block users, so I had to come here to warn others. Please do not buy from this scam.
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's been 31 days and counting, and my purchase has not shipped. I was told it would ship by December 9, along with a long excuse about being busy. When I reached out on December 11 for a tracking number, I received a dry email saying it hasn't shipped yet, and I would get a tracking number when it does. I ordered this on November 10. A full refund would be the least they could do, but based on these reviews, this service consistently disappoints.
I placed an order on December 1st. It's been a month, and my order hasn't even been dispatched yet. I contacted support and was given several false excuses about delays and a partial refund, none of which were true or resolved. I will definitely be avoiding this service in the future and will need to initiate a chargeback through my bank to resolve this matter. AVOID.
I purchased pants on November 8, 2025, and still have not received my item. I was informed there would be delays and that my order would ship out on December 19, 2025. The order has not shipped, and customer service is no longer responding to my emails.
