I've owned a vehicle for 18 months, and last week it stopped charging. I contacted the service center, which informed me they couldn't see it until next week. However, another service managed to get me in the next day. They have now had my car for three business days and still can't fix it. They haven't offered me a courtesy vehicle or provided any timeline for when I might get my car back. This is disappointing in terms of customer care.
