He initially assumed I couldn't afford the insurance and kept bringing this up during my visit. After several mentions about my insurance, he inquired about my age, which is 21. He then commented that my no-claims discount must be good since I get affordable insurance. After a lengthy discussion about whether I could even insure the car I hadn’t seen any offers for, I requested a test drive to ensure I liked the vehicle, but unsurprisingly, he denied my request multiple times. Ultimately, I left since he was unwilling to negotiate, and when I mentioned I would look elsewhere, he simply replied, “ok.” It's disappointing that he lost a sale for a larger company where I was ready to make a deal today.

I've owned a vehicle for 18 months, and last week it stopped charging. I contacted the service center, which informed me they couldn't see it until next week. However, another service managed to get me in the next day. They have now had my car for three business days and still can't fix it. They haven't offered me a courtesy vehicle or provided any timeline for when I might get my car back. This is disappointing in terms of customer care.
