I placed an order at the beginning of September for two children's pillows. I received one, but then was informed via email that the other was out of stock, causing a delay. I received two more updates stating the pillow was delayed, with the last one promising delivery by the 20th of this month. Now it’s the 30th of November, and I emailed about a week and a half ago requesting to cancel the order and process a refund. I have heard nothing since. I’ve been very patient and polite throughout this process, but I’m ready for my money back now.
