I ordered some items in October 2025 with it written that it would take about 4 weeks to ship, after a month they told me that they would ship in December. In December they sent me an email that another month would have passed, until they arrived a few days ago where they told me that they would ship the items in March. To date, that I have requested a refund of my order, they no longer answer me. Unreliable

Extremely Disappointed with Service

I am truly let down. I have made purchases here before without issues, but this time my order has not arrived since 19.11.2025, and the information provided on the page stated a maximum of 14 days. Furthermore, I have not received any responses to my emails or inquiries submitted through the website. I feel entirely ignored.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. The furniture delivery took months longer than expected, and I had to invest significant time and effort to obtain a refund. The customer support is nonexistent, relying instead on chatbots that mislead customers with false assurances. I won't be returning.

I placed an order with the company back in September and still haven’t received my items after more than three months. During this time, I kept receiving notifications about delays, and now they’re indicating yet another month of wait. At this stage, I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Communication has been unhelpful, and there hasn’t been any proactive solution offered—just ongoing postponements. This has been one of the most unpleasant online shopping experiences I’ve encountered. I cannot recommend ordering from this company unless you’re ready for significant delays and uncertainty.

I placed an order with the company in September and have yet to receive my items after over three months. During this time, I've received multiple notifications about delays, and now they’re informing me of yet another month-long wait. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Communication has been lacking, and there’s been no proactive solution provided—only repeated delays. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for extensive delays and uncertainty.

Still waiting for my order and refund.

I placed an order at the beginning of September for two children's pillows. I received one, but then was informed via email that the other was out of stock, causing a delay. I received two more updates stating the pillow was delayed, with the last one promising delivery by the 20th of this month. Now it’s the 30th of November, and I emailed about a week and a half ago requesting to cancel the order and process a refund. I have heard nothing since. I’ve been very patient and polite throughout this process, but I’m ready for my money back now.

Delivery took far too long.

I received my order more than a month and a half after making the purchase—unacceptable in 2025. Customer care responds very slowly, and reaching them feels like a maze. Products should not be sold online if they aren't actually in stock. The item eventually arrived and is fine, but waiting over 50 days for something I’ve already paid for is unreasonable.

Empty promises and lack of information.

I only received vague responses and no concrete details regarding the delivery date of my items. They have caused me significant issues with launching my business. The company has failed to deliver my goods even after more than two months, despite promises of shipping within a few days. I consider them an utterly irresponsible and incompetent supplier. Why would anyone choose their services when there are numerous higher-quality suppliers who meet deadlines or at least don’t delay for an entire month?

Order was a pleasant surprise!

Initially, I was apprehensive about ordering from an online platform in Denmark. However, my concerns were unfounded. The boots I ordered were dispatched very quickly, and I received them in the U.K. within five days. Excellent service; I am truly satisfied!

Shipping timeline not honored & no updates.

I ordered a rug for my baby’s room to create a cozy space instead of cold ceramic tiles. Shipping was supposed to take 9 to 14 days. Two weeks later, I received an email indicating it would take longer without any estimated shipping window. I waited another week and emailed to inquire about the status. After another week of silence, I’m left wondering... is this a scam, or do people actually receive their orders eventually?
