I received my order more than a month and a half after making the purchase—unacceptable in 2025. Customer care responds very slowly, and reaching them feels like a maze. Products should not be sold online if they aren't actually in stock. The item eventually arrived and is fine, but waiting over 50 days for something I’ve already paid for is unreasonable.
