I placed an order (no. 591644) with ByFlou in September and waited for months while receiving repeated delay notifications. The delivery date kept moving further and further with no real resolution.
Now I learn that the company has declared bankruptcy, yet no direct communication was sent to customers with pending orders like mine.
After months of waiting, excuses, and uncertainty, this is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers deserved transparency and proper communication, especially when orders and payments were still outstanding.
