I placed an order a month and a half ago and never received the product. The delivery was marked as “refused by recipient” which is completely false, I never refused it.Customer service never contacted the courier to fix the issue, and despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received a refund. It’s now a month and a halfVery disappointing experience. No support, no accountability.
