This store takes payment instantly, but after that customer communication almost completely disappears. Messages are ignored, follow-ups are ignored, and customer support provides no meaningful responses.

There was no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no proof that the order was ever dispatched. This is not a one-off issue — many reviews here describe the exact same pattern: silence after payment and no real support.

The brand presents itself as professional and trustworthy on Instagram, but once you pay, the reality is very different. The Instagram presence appears to be marketing only and does not reflect the actual customer experience.

I was forced to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback just to protect my money. My strong advice to anyone considering ordering here: do not rely on customer support, and if you face the same silence, open a dispute with your bank immediately.

I would strongly advise against shopping here.

Another instagram scam

Order never came. Had to dispute with my bank.They gaslight you with saying that your order was meant for a pre-order for an unavailable stock.

First, DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE.YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER ARRIVE. YOUR MONEY? GONE.I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. I would like to believe that Jake Hall himself did not intend to make this company, which seems like he worked hard for, to be A SCAM.However, their business practices reveal otherwise.I ordered GBP300+ worth of clothing from this company. Some time had passed with no update so i followed up, and LISA from CUSTOMER DISSERVICE said there had been shipping issues.Since then, I sent a chaser for delivery update FOUR TIMES. ZERO RESPONSE. i messaged them in all social media.It has been three weeks, no updates.ITEMS NEVER DELIVERED. MONEY GONE.At this stage, I have been forced to dispute the transaction with my card provider.To JAKE HALL, this level of unacceptable business practice which is nothing more than a SCAM at this point will come back and haunt you. Trust me, what goes around comes around.BE WARY.

My parcel was delayed by 5 days but Lisa from customer service, sent one by express delivery. Absolutely brilliant customer service! Highly recommend this brand . Beautiful men’s clothing!!!

You need to pay for a returns, also they dont confirm they received the item, then you have to chase them a month later then they confirm with sorry yes we will send you a refund and that takes 12 working days to get that money back, this has happened the last 2 returns,

I’m not really a suit guy, but my work requires at least to havegood style smart casual, which Cana outfit provides perfectly. I’ve ordered already a couple of times, so I’m already a loyal customer. I’ve hated to pay extra fees and customs to get the items shipped to Finland, but the customer service has been very helpful. Now, I’m traveling to London, and decided to make one order in advance to be delivered to my hotel this time to avoid the excess shipping costs, and Lisa from customer service was extremely helpful and even contacted my hotel to make sure everything is ok with the delivery proactively without asking anything. Simply, I would recommend!

Very disappointing experience. No support, no accountability.

I placed an order a month and a half ago and never received the product. The delivery was marked as “refused by recipient” which is completely false, I never refused it.Customer service never contacted the courier to fix the issue, and despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received a refund. It’s now a month and a halfVery disappointing experience. No support, no accountability.
