Purchased both the clock and lamp about two years ago. No problem until recent app update. Basic functionality such as being able to schedule when the lamp is to automatically turn off was removed and for the clock, that same feature, called "Wind Down", is now only available via their new subscription. I was DM'ing with Loftie on Instagram about this issue (since Support is slow but social media was super responsive), shared screenshots which had identifying information for my Loftie devices, and a few minutes later, my lamp suddenly goes off. Super bright. At 10:30pm. I suspect the person I was chatting with did this, which is super not cool, and completely destroyed what little remaining trust I had in this so-called sleep advocate company.
