While I was disappointed that the clock stopped working so shortly after it was purchased, the employees were incredibly responsive and helpful in figuring out the issue and getting it replaced with no cost to myself.
I have had a Loftie clock and lamp for over 2 years - it feels so rare to even hear back from a team so long after the product was purchased. However, when my lamp started malfunctioning this month, they responded in a timely manner and did not rest until my problem was resolved. Very happy with this company and their dedication to customer care!
The product wasn’t right for me but customer service were very helpful in helping me return it. The only word of warning is that they don’t do free returns so I had to pay quite a bit (and lost money) to return it.
The clock is great. It looks and does just as advertised. Made for a great gift. In addition the app is not something I was looking for, but is a nice addition.For me the best part was the service. When enquiring about the delivery time I got detailed explanation and tips on how to best keep track of the package. After that, later support questions where resolved and replied to swiftly and with great friendliness.
