This company is not based in the U.S. or Europe as their website might imply, it’s a Chinese dropshipping scam. I placed an order on January 26th. After two weeks I emailed the company for an update because I had not had any communication other than the confirmation email when I placed my order. They replied with a story about how they were undergoing a “planned operational pause” and that my order should ship in March. I’ve asked to cancel my order and receive a refund but have had no reply, of course. Garbage business.
