I purchased a “leather” bag. The image was of a genuine leather bag and the description stated that it was a leather bag. The bag I received was “vegan leather” ie. plastic. The bag I received looked nothing like the picture and the only way to get a full refund was to pay to ship it back to China and get charged a restocking fee on top of that. They did offer to refund $19 back to my card. We shall see if they actually do it.
I do not recommend this website. It looks very legit, but it seems to be a scam.
The website is beautiful. I thought I discovered a beautiful small NC BOUTIQUE. I was also a bit surprised that, if it was an actual retailer in NC, I would have heard of it. But, I ignored it. There was a great sale going on, in late January. Right after I placed my order, I wanted to add a few more items.. I emailed the company. I had to repeat the email 6x before getting a reply. I only received an order confirmation, when
I asked.. After ten days, I was expecting to receive my items, But, the tracking information wasn’t clear. I messaged the company and asked where do their items ship from…. Nobody replied…. When I finally received my package, 2.5 weeks later, I knew straight away this is a scam . They steal photos. The quality of their clothes, is garbage. If I knew it waa based im China, I wouldn’t be willing to be, the price I did. I sometimes order SHEIN clothes. BUT, they are inexpensive, I have low expectations. THIS company has higher prices. ALSO? I would have ordered larger sizes. I ordered a men’s puffy vest, snow boots, and a few more women’s pieces .. The only decent item, were the boots Z. HOWEVER, they were worth about $25., at most…. There’s a gorgeous pair of shoes, Laurie.. I can’t trust this website, amd will never order again…. Skip it.
The dresses styles and materials did not match the photos. Everything was made out of cheaper material. Sizes were too large. A medium fit like an XL. To return the dresses you have to pay for international shipping, customs costs, and a 15% return fee. Although there is a US location, they force all returns to be shipped to Asia. The return is not worth the cost.

They are NOT worth the prices on the site. The prices most likely include shipping and tariffs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This company is not based in the U.S. or Europe as their website might imply, it’s a Chinese dropshipping scam. I placed an order on January 26th. After two weeks I emailed the company for an update because I had not had any communication other than the confirmation email when I placed my order. They replied with a story about how they were undergoing a “planned operational pause” and that my order should ship in March. I’ve asked to cancel my order and receive a refund but have had no reply, of course. Garbage business.
This company is not what their website pretends them to be. My top was not at all the quality depicted in the image. The fabric was thin and doesn’t hang or drape nicely. The item took a long time to get here. I didn’t know it was coming from China. Their policies are not transparent and you cannot get them on the phone. If you want to return something they won’t give you your money back. Want to give you 10% to just keep the junk! This is a total sham and not at all the way reputable companies behave. Be careful shopping here! I got burned!

Terrible quality, smelled like chemicals, even though price point was that of a quality piece of clothing. Sizing is off, usually wear a medium, but was too small, went to return and they have replied back 3 times now saying they are an overseas company, so will give me store credit, or it will cost a LOT of money for me to ship it back overseas. After saying I still want to return for the 3rd time they offer me 15% credit back, or 100% store credit, and have reiterated the obstacles I will have to go through to ship back through customs. What a scam. DO NOT BUY from this company.
Be careful! Dresses received were not as advertised online. Very AI generated online. Details were printed on dress. Dress had zero shape and was way too short for a Maxi dress. I purchased both L and XL sizes and the XL barely fit me length wise and I'm 5'4". Now to deal with their return process which states a 15% restocking fee and I must apparently ship back to Asia.
