You don’t feel appreciated as a customer. I placed an order, but only one item arrived. After reaching out to customer service, I found out the product was sold out. They refunded my money upon request, but then the missing item arrived a week and a half later. I was told to return it in the original manner, meaning I’d have to cover the return costs. After contacting customer service again, they suggested sending a return ticket so they would cover the costs. As a customer, I constantly have to reach out to them due to their mistakes. This lack of honesty is why I’m considering leaving as a customer. I had a similar experience with another company that treated me much more customer-friendly without requiring multiple contacts.
