You don’t feel appreciated as a customer. I placed an order, but only one item arrived. After reaching out to customer service, I found out the product was sold out. They refunded my money upon request, but then the missing item arrived a week and a half later. I was told to return it in the original manner, meaning I’d have to cover the return costs. After contacting customer service again, they suggested sending a return ticket so they would cover the costs. As a customer, I constantly have to reach out to them due to their mistakes. This lack of honesty is why I’m considering leaving as a customer. I had a similar experience with another company that treated me much more customer-friendly without requiring multiple contacts.
I returned my items on November 20, 2025, and nearly a month has gone by without receiving my refund. This is very disappointing, especially for such a large company, where prompt refund processing is expected. Their website states refunds should be processed within a few days, yet here I am, waiting almost a month since returning the items. I expect my refund to be processed as soon as possible!
They didn’t ship my items, and when I reached out after a month, it took them two weeks to respond. They informed me that, despite having taken my payment, they didn’t have stock at the time, and they simply ignored my payment until I contacted them. I wonder what the legal term for this is. Thankfully, I only tried with a small amount.
