Very disappointed to learn that ByMiles is ceasing. The scheme is innovative and not only fair to low mileage users but encouraged drivers to think about how much they use their cars when, perhaps, they have alternatives. Shame. Very sad that when I seek car insurance next year ByMiles will not be renewing mine, as Aviva, the new owner will be “focusing investment on other group brands such as Aviva, Direct Line and Churchill”, no doubt more profit making and less climate change awareness.Thanks to ByMiles for their contribution to helping make the car insurance market more user friendly and encourage more thoughtful road use.
