I’ve been with ByMiles 3 years running now. They are unbeatable price wise and service has been outstanding throughout. I’m a low miles driver and there are too many insurance companies out there charging far too much considering the lack of annual miles doen. Bymiles has a fair system where you can actually pay for the miles you do keeping insurance costs down. The instant chat service (between the hours they operate) is great as I’ve been able to get answers right away without having to wait around forever to respond like with so many other companies I’ve dealt with. Overall a great experience and I cannot fault them. I haven’t had to make a claim so cannot share any views on that but for what I’ve needed them for so far am happy and would highly recommend them.
