I am hoping that By Miles will do as they say and refund me any overpayment due at the end of my contract. I really like the idea of paying for the miles i drive in the year of my policy. I'm disappointed that my insurance will not be renewed when it is due. Other than that I have had no problems being insured with By Miles.
