I had good value car insurance with them for a couple of years and the customer service and ease of use with the app etc was excellent. For my upcoming renewal I've found another cheaper insurer, however their 5 emails later, confirmation instructions which go round in circles, and general clunkiness of their technical side highlight the superior service of By Miles.
