I used it for only 4-5 days but ended up paying for a year. Now, they are attempting to charge my card again, and there’s no option to cancel the subscription myself. This suggests a lack of transparency. Fortunately, my card expired before they could charge me. The output quality is substandard, making it a useless AI product. I also contacted customer support after leaving this review, but they did not process a refund or respond.
