The support team acknowledged the issue but consistently denied a full refund, offering only partial refunds (20%, then 30%, then 50%). The cancellation process is confusing, and their billing practices raise concerns. I cannot recommend this service.

I was dissatisfied with the service. I had to pay for an annual subscription after exceeding the 1000-word limit, and a refund was not possible due to their terms. I used it for only 4-5 days but ended up paying for a year. Now, they are attempting to charge my card again, and there’s no option to cancel the subscription myself. This suggests a lack of transparency. Fortunately, my card expired before they could charge me. The output quality is substandard, making it a useless AI product. I also contacted customer support after leaving this review, but they did not process a refund or respond.
