I placed an order over a certain amount to qualify for a Black Friday offer. Unfortunately, I forgot to select the offer, thinking it would be applied automatically due to their promotional email. When I reached out for help, customer service stated that my order couldn't be modified to include the offer. I'm disappointed with the service I received. Shouldn't it be possible for them to assist a valued customer like me? This is the second time I've faced issues with online ordering. I should have opted for in-person shopping instead.
