I just placed an order and immediately opened the chat to inquire if the items could be gift wrapped separately. Unfortunately, the response I received was quite disappointing and lacked respect. I can't comprehend how a brand that positions itself as luxury can handle such matters poorly. I wish I could share a screenshot of the conversation.

The representative was unhelpful, stating that the order was already packed. It seems unlikely that this could happen so quickly, leaving me unable to receive my promotional gift bag.

My follow-ups were met with unhelpful responses. Overall, every interaction felt rude and unhelpful, and I was left feeling like an inconvenience. This experience has been stressful and disappointing for a brand that prides itself on quality service.
