I ordered a discovery set from Byredo USA to Canada. They charge a flat $10 fedex delivery fee including customs which is a great deal as you get a full coupon for the full price paid for the discovery set if you order any bottle. However Fedex charged me fees at delivery. This issue was resolved with Byredo customer services in 2-3 weeks. Chanté was very helpful and with their help I was able to order my full bottle. I just hope Fedex will not try again to charge me extra fees but knowing that Byredo makes it right gives peace of mind.
