I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered a kaftan dress, but it arrived with misaligned tie holes, making it unwearable and requiring a return. I contacted them through the provided email, and the response was the most unprofessional customer service I've ever encountered. I requested a full refund, including shipping, but was told it was against their policy. I questioned why I should bear the cost for a faulty item, but received no replies. I returned the item and have since been ignored despite multiple follow-ups. I feel scammed by this service.
