Very disappointed – no response and still waiting for a refund. I ordered a dress and paid extra for express shipping to ensure it arrived before an important event. Not only did it not arrive on time, but I've also received no replies to my multiple inquiries. This has caused significant inconvenience, forcing me to purchase something else last minute. Now, I don’t even want the dress anymore and have requested a full refund, but I still haven’t heard back.
