I returned an item over three weeks ago using tracked delivery, which I paid extra for, and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent multiple messages and have been completely ignored. They are active on social media but refuse to respond to paying customers. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this service unless you’re okay with being ignored and possibly losing your money.
