This service doesn’t deserve even one star. Appalling service – still no refund after three weeks. I returned my parcel over three weeks ago and have emailed multiple times with no response. I paid extra to ensure the return was tracked and secure, yet I still haven’t received my refund or any acknowledgment. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. You can’t just take people’s money and then ignore them. I have to involve Trading Standards to resolve this. Avoid this service at all costs – shocking customer service and zero accountability.
