They sent cheap vinyl shoes instead of suede shoes pictured on their website and they were a size bigger than I ordered. I have sent 7 emails, texts and phone calls across 10 days no response. Also they are based in North Carolina not Australia as there website suggests. I give them 2 stars because they did send 2 other items that matched what I ordered & were attentive with my queries at first. Their shipment process is very slow and does not track or update.And then they respond to this Trustpilot review & tell me to send my email again (8th, 9th & 10th time) which I sent 10 hours ago & still no response.
