I went through this company to finance a purchase. After finished paying my account off in full I wanted to close my account because I did not intend on using them again. The customer support number they have is basically useless because it says looking for an agent however I have called over 30 times in the last 3 weeks and never gotten anything more than voicemail. I have left many voicemails as well as sent many emails to no avail. With the emails I get an automated response saying they are working on it but nothing more. I called Celtic bank as Tandyms website says that is who credit is issued through. However, Celtic bank informed me that they no longer do business with Tandym and have not for a long time. They also said they have no way to contact them either. Update, I just found out this company went out of business 10 months ago. There is no info available on who now owns the debts, or how to have the accounts closed.
