Very misleading until after payment in full!!

They told me I'd be a candidate for treatment and told me prices and everything, failing to mention they weren't going to do anything about my bottom teeth. After receiving the money and sending me aligners I was notified that my bottom teeth were "too complex" and they suggested I go to a local orthodontist for traditional braces. If they had told me that from the start I wouldn't have paid them in full from the start to get aligners, I would have gone with another orthodontist for all of it as it'd be much cheaper. Now I get to pay in full to Byte, get half of what I was led to believe, and pay someone else a few thousand more to complete the job Byte failed to do.Edit- since this review was posted, the company has reached out and apologized to me for not discussing the details of my treatment before payment (I have record of all communication since it was all email/text and it was confirmed that it was never mentioned). They have issued a partial refund and told me the new price reflects a single-arch treatment and that I can confirm the price by looking on their website, but that also means they knew I was paying for double-arch treatment and they were going to just let it go at full cost even with only treating a single. They said it would be 30 days before my refund shows in my account, and I've been trying for three days now to get a confirmation number or invoice showing that one, a refund was actually issued, and two, which account it'd be going to since I'd paid with two cards, and I'm not getting any direct answers. They just sent me the original invoice a second time showing the payment in full for double-arch treatment. I can't imagine they didn't actually issue a refund, but with the current state of repor with the company, I'd like to have some actual record for myself, also.
