Customer service does not respond (mailed customer service 2 times without answer).All this is annoying since I deliberately chose a tire with fast delivery (3-5 days) and the shipping date was expanded, so i had to buy my tires from another dealer with shippping and mounting within two days.Still waiting for my return information and return slip, and now i have to pay the invoice due to passing the payment date.The customer support is under all criticism, they never respond within a reasonable time as they themselves say on their website. I have been waiting almost two weeks for a reply from them and now I have to pay for tires as the date of the invoice has passed.I advise anyone who intends to shop from this site to turn to any other website that has better reviews on trustpilot.
