Review Time
I never received my tires at all! They were initially delayed by 5 days, and then the workshop I selected on the platform was unexpectedly closed. After those 5 days, my tires still hadn’t arrived. I emailed them multiple times with no response. When I called, they promised to email me, but that never happened. They also said they would return my call, but that didn’t occur either. Each time I reached out, they couldn’t provide any information about my tires. After waiting for a month, I called again to inquire for the third time, and someone finally informed me that they were out of stock. What was the resolution? Cancel the order! There was no assistance or courtesy from the service, and now I’m left without winter tires.

Then somebody suddenly told me, that they were out of stock. So, what was the solution? Cancel the order! no help whatsoever or courtesy from bythjul. And i am left with no winter tyres
I've bought a set of 4 winter tires and rims - plus booked a service date for installation of the new wheels - at Marcus Autocenter ABMogårdsvägen 6 (W1668118)14343 VårbySverige at 13:00. I got there at 13:00 - I was invited to wait for 60 minutes - for my turn to come. after that the normal instalation time of 30 minutes. All this due to the delays of previous works - which pushed mine later. They could let me know - since they had my contact.The mechanic was nice though, to explain the situation.
I am still waiting for their reply on my last emails.I want return the sensors, need an adress and how should we do it, they replied once that they agree in paying the cost for removing the failed sensors but their last contact with me is from 10 days ago.They managed to read and give feedback here instead of replying my last email (with no real solution, so I am trying it again to see if someone replies me for real).I want the adress to send the sensors and want the payment for the removal of the sensors, I sent it Monday last week, but I have not heard a word from them.Please improve your costumer service. I will not recommend you to any of my friends. Really poor experience. I had an issue with Amazon another day, amazing costumer service, quick answers and solutions. Costumer satisfaction in first place.——Now I got a reply in my email as well…I can say usually the reply only came after I wrote reviews here, otherwise extremely slow and not respectful with costumer.——-Update on 16th December: They only reply after I do a review here.I sent the package on 3rd December l, sent pictures. It was delivered on 8th December. Until today, no answer from them on when they will refund me. I just want to conclude this, please solve my case.
Have waited a month for my tires and they only send 3 when I ordered 4.... They don't answer mails they phone I open for 3 hours and when you get hold of Patrick he tells you that he will investigate and hangs up... I've never witness such a shitty company and service
Wheels did not fit. Brake calipers in the way. No response on mail. No phone number that leads to a person only FAQ in phone format. You need to change to 0 % fit guarantee. Can you just respond so I can return the wheels. I have had to order from somewhere else.
Ordering winter tiers and deliver to a nearby workshop. Went there to my booked time and found out that they only got three delivered. Call customer service that made a complaint. I was told that they would contact me in near future. After 3 days i call again and they havent even seen on this and the reason was that it has started to snow now so they where busy. They blame it on DSV. i checked with DSV by my selves and they only got 3 tiers delivered. So: here i am payed for tiers that havent been delivered and not a sound from byt hjul.Shame on you !!!!
Good part:Somewhat delayed delivery, but they were pro-active and let me know about it.Bad part:I ordered complete wheels. The tyres were rated for a maximum 3.5 bars. Three tyres where inflated to 4 bars, and the last one at a whopping 6.7 bars. I'm a bit worried of that last tyres structural integrity.Anywho, I also ordered TPMS valves compatible with my car. No luck getting them detected by my car, so I took it to my local mekonomen. They tried the same with their car-specific gear, and TPMS programmers. Concluded that they were defect (I haven't had the tyres removed to see if there actually are any sensors at all on the inside).I contacted bythjul.com to make a complaint about the sensors. They replied after a few days that they were very busy. I followed up after a week, but still no reply.
