The start of my BIO hormone therapy approximately 2 years ago the original appointment was great everything after that was a nightmare. They would not talk to me over the telephone, only talk to me via text or email (APP IS SO UNFRIENDLY). Last winter I was having surgery and I needed to have information on what I could take before the surgery and they would not help me. Wionia told me to talk to my primary doctor about my prescription. This response was careless in my opinion. Do not go to this place if you need help with a doctor because they dont do that. They put me on progesterone and told me that's what I needed and would not give me testosterone because they said they didn't sell it. Fast forward 2 years later they told me i didnt need progesterone because I had a total hysterectomy! Same doctor by the way, so lack of consistency she didnt know what i was taking and then telling me i didnt need it after all. wth. Then give me the 2 years back that I paid you for the medicine that I didn't need in the first place but you didn't say that no, winona just sent me a certified letter canceling my membership. Well lose my number Wionia because you failed.
