I’ve been using C24 for a few months now and my impressions are mixed. The app looks modern, but it doesn’t always run smoothly — sometimes it freezes or loads slowly. Customer support does reply, but mostly in a very formal way, and it feels like real issues take too long to resolve. The card and basic functions work, but there’s a noticeable lack of extra services that competitors already offer. Overall, it’s usable, but I wouldn’t call C24 a convenient or problem-free bank.
