An outstanding banking application that is user-friendly, with everything operating as expected. The costs associated with transferring the account were fully reimbursed, even though I had to wait four months for the account closure.
The reviews here appear to be misleading, as this bank has a poor reputation on other platforms for valid reasons. Accounts can be blocked without any explanation or prior notice, which has happened to me and many others. Accounts can suddenly be frozen due to 'security checks,' leaving you unable to transfer funds or access your account until the check is completed, which can take a significant amount of time. If you want to find yourself unable to pay rent or buy food unexpectedly, this is the bank for you. Returning to traditional banks may soon be the best option. Proceed with caution; if you choose to stay with this bank, be prepared for potential consequences.
