After 8 days of calling the company and its third parties regarding my missing documents and personal belongings, I have received no answers! The customer team completed an investigation, but nothing was reviewed as indicated in their report. As a customer, I feel disregarded! My car was damaged while in the possession of their third party, and my belongings went missing. The company stated they wouldn’t take responsibility since I am no longer their customer after fully paying for the car, despite these issues occurring before that.
