I had a very negative experience with this company. My identification was used fraudulently for a vehicle, and they have been withdrawing monthly payments from my bank. After I discovered this and reported it, the company refused to issue a refund, and it's been 12 months. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the process. I'm currently awaiting a court date to take legal action against them. I strongly advise against using this company; once they have your money, they show no concern for your situation!
